Criatividade aberta: proposição teórica de análise a partir dos espaços de <em>coworking</em>

Resumo

Este trabalho apresenta uma proposição teórica sobre a criatividade aberta, definida como a capacidade de gerar e aprimorar ideias a partir da colaboração com agentes externos. A criatividade aberta é entendida como um fenômeno independente e antecedente à inovação. Utilizando os ambientes de coworking como lócus de análise, onde se realiza uma intensa troca de ideias e de capital social.
